Manager Shariah Compliance

The jobholder is responsible to development of Shariah products (including those that fall under Treasury, Corporate and Personal) and Shariah global market transactions, which include market research, obtaining approval of all the relevant parties i.e. internal IMO approval, Shariah Supervisory Board, Shariah National Board and Regulator, as well as coordinating resources for its implementation, reviewing its performance and Shariah compliance, and providing training in order to support the growth of the industry.

Requirement:

• Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Law
• Has minimum 3 years experience in law firm would be advantage
• Has knowledge in accounting, tax, legal, and Shariah principle
• Comfortable with investment banking and global markets structures
• Good interpersonal skills, persistence, and adaptable
• Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
• Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
• Has a strong drive to succeed
• Demonstrate high degree of integrity
