SME Credit Analyst Leader (CA)
(Lampung)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SME Credit Analyst in his/her region to achieve consistent and good quality of analysis
• Provide training to the SME Credit Analysts to improve their knowledge and skills
• Regularly implement the credit policies and procedures as guideline in his/her team
• Maintain and monitoring work flow in Credit Application
• Able for reviewing and monitoring the Non Performing Loan portfolio
• Taking up a full role of voting member of the Regional Credit Committee

Requirements:

• Graduate from a reputable university degree (S-1) preferably in Finance, Accounting
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (scala 4.00)
• Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (writing and speaking)
• Leadership skills and people management
• Strong analytical skill based on knowledge of local law and Central Bank’s regulations
• Willing to be located in Lampung

Requirements:

• Similar exp. in corporate banking for min. 5 years for SMO and 2 years for JMO
• Good financial analysis skill and reporting
• Relevant Bachelor or post graduate degree
• Conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit/financial information pertaining to loans.
• Assists business bankers with the preparation of loan requests presentations, monitors existing credit relationships, and prepares summaries and presents facts concerning credit-worthiness.
• This position will be responsible for conducting complex credit/financial investigations and analysis, and will assist other credit analysts with difficult credit/financial analysis by reviewing financial statements, borrowing base certificates and other financial information.
