I-Gen New Recruit Productivity Officer
Responsibility :
Develop, execute and monitor new agent recruits on a national level
Base: Jakarta (mobile)
Requirements :
- S-1 degree in any major age between 25 – 30 years old
- Sales experience in banking/ insurance/ financial institutions
- Willing to travel on assignment and willing to be based outside Jakarta on assignment
- Having good leadership and able to motivate team
- Good negotiation, analytical and management skills
- Computer literate
- Proficient in English both speaking & writing
- Possess analytical & problem solving ability
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Self starter, hard worker, handy and willing to work overtime .
- Able to work under pressure/under minimum supervision and tight timeline with competitive environment
