Banking Card
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in establishing banking card business and product system, familiar with the banking card issuing and acquiring business process;
• Take charge of training marketing team and correlative departments about banking card business and products;
• Take charge to work out the practical marketing scheme and make the presentation independently;
• Take charge to do marketing investigation and analyse BI supervision policy about the banking card business.
• Take charge of the statistics and analysis about the retail banking business.
• Prepares and mails form letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Confers with customer by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer.
• Helps secure information regarding customer's financial status or insurance coverage.
• Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.
• May adjust for incorrect credit charges and grant extension of credit.
• May use automated telephone dialing system to contact customers and computer to record customer account information.
• To implement other duties delegated by Private Banking Dept. Head related to the responsibility.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or Analyst.
• Full-Time positions available.
