Service Development

Responsibilities:
You will conduct service in terms of improving service process standard and service infrastructure standard that implemented in branches, head office, and intermediary to achieve excellent service strategy
Main Responsibility :
- Collect, compile, analyze both all complaints and problem invented based on issue service implementation to improve service quality
- Analyze, Evaluate, develop and recommend lead time process service in all cycle of service of AAB and intermediary.
- Design, Evaluate, and recommend lead time process service indicators in all cycles of service of AAB and intermediary, front liner attribute in terms of supporting an excellent service strategy, and legendary service which becomes concern for customer, then compile and document input to design an excellent service standard.
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, with maximum age of 30 years old
- Experienced min 2-3 years in service quality area
- Good interpersonal skill
- Having insurance background is a benefit
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
