Branch Manager-BM/Pinca (Placement in Purwokerto & Tegal)

Responsibilities:

• Give direction to team members on strategies to reach branch target;
• Take responsibility on teams performances by continuously giving supervision to them;
• Develop bussiness at the branch & maintain existing customer.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in the same position;
• Have good market portfolio & costomer database;
• Male / Female age max 40 years;
• Understand banking operation & procedure;
• Target oriented, strong leadership capacities and high integrity, with excellent communication & presentation skills;
• Good command of english & computer literacy is required.
