Financial Entrepreneur Manager (Sales Leader)
(to be located in Jakarta)

We are looking for outstanding individuals who have strong desire in developing sales people into excellent sales leaders, future backbone of the company, in the sales area.

We need you to have strong background in the insurance and/or financial industry and experience in leading sales team and proven sales record.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the related fields
• Outstanding communication skill
• High level of self confidence
• Strong will to succeed and strive hard to achieve the best
• Able to work under pressure to achieve goal(s)
