Service Head
(Bogor, Malang, Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to manager service function in branch. It includes managing branch service standard, paper administration, human resources, information technology and general affairs. The main function is building service delight to internal and external customer, in accordance with company's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Min. S1 with min GPA 3.00, from reputable university
• Min. 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking)
• Strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates
• Ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees
• Ability to motivate others
• Good communication
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor, Malang, Balikpapan.
