Manager of Financial Adviser (MFA)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:

• S1/S2 any disciplines from reputable University with 3-5 years of sales management experience with strong marketing and leadership skills
• A track record of successful Financial Services Sales Management is preferred
• Achievement oriented and has record of motivating a team to high level of performance
• Have good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate sales process in the field with your team
• Excellent level of English language skills, both spoken and written
