Head of Training & Development (Banking & Finance)
Job Description:
- Responsible for designing training & development program for our clients (Insurance companies and bank) in Indonesia. He will be responsible to implement the training programs for our clients and has to ensure that the sales staff are well trained.
- Have experience in Insurance and/or Bancassurance relevant experience. Good knowledge of the insurance and banking industry.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Strong background in Agency Training & Development from multinational/ joint venture life insurance company
- Strong leadership, communication & presentation skills
- Having the capacity and competence to design and implement training curriculum & program for national agency
- Fluent in English both writing & speaking
- Jakarta based
- Design training programs for our clients (Insurance companies and banks)
- Conduct training sessions for sales advisers and managers.
- Conduct quality control on sales processes in line with continuous improvement and compliance regulations
- Lead a team of trainers
