We are a long established general insurance company in Jakarta with many branches through Indonesia. In the course of our change and growth we are looking for talented and committed people with a continuous record of achievements for the position of:

Healthcare Claims Analyst (HCA)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of claims (reimbursement & provider)
• Recommendations related to rejected claims and actions to improve claim performance
• Recommendations and analysis of applications for health insurance
• Auditing of claims, providers performance, third party administrations

Requirements:
Specific Qualifications :

• Medical Graduated (Doctor) with Department of Health with Qualification as a General Practitioner or Nurse
• Minimum 2 years experience in Health Insurance field or Health Insurance Administration
• Possess Analytical skills and able to assess medical claims
• Previous knowledge of Clinical Coding is an advantage
• Age between 30 – 40 years old

General Qualifications :

• Good in written and oral communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidates must be honest, outgoing, and hardworking
• Must have good interpersonal skills and able to work in team
