This position will be responsible for supervising compensation, benefit, and developing salary structure. Able to Manage operating compesation and benefit including payroll activities
Requirements:

- Minimum S1 degree
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience in compesation and benefit
- independent and attention to detail
- Full time permanent
- Based in Jakarta
